RETURNS
Pérola Collective has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, undamaged, with tags, and in its original jewellery bag. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Returns are processed within 24-72 hours of receiving the items. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Each freshwater pearl is unique due to their natural characteristics. Jewellery materials may vary slightly in colour, shape and size from photos on different screen monitors.
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted due to the natural variation of freshwater pearls and jewellery materials.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Due to hygiene policies, Pérola Collective does not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
No returns or exchanges on gift cards.
Pérola Collective is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost by your return shipment method. Ensure that you keep your return tracking information.
Refunds will not be issued for an incorrect purchase or a change of mind.
Returns and exchanges will only be issued for items purchased via our online store from this website and not for items purchased from our stockist stores.
Please contact info@perolacollective.com to begin your return process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only subject to availability. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
WARRANTY
Pérola Collective offers a 2 month warranty for all items purchased from this online store from the date of purchase. Warranty covers defects and manufacturing faults only.
A refund will only be given if the item is returned in person or via post and is deemed faulty.
Warranty does not cover general wear and tear (tarnishing, fading, scratching) nor does it cover accidental breakage and damage due to inadequate storage.
